Gravy

I'm going to preface this one by saying that I've never had gravy, so this is my version of it.  Also, I used Maggi Chatpat sauce since I like the Indian flavor.  It has a tomato base, but you can use any sauce you like for flavor.

Ingredients

2 cups veggie broth (I used Trader Joe's)

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 inch pice of ginger, grated

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp mustard

1/4 cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp sage

2 tbsp Maggi Chatpat sauce

Directions

1.  Dissolve all purpose flour in 1/2 cup veggie stock.

2.  Mix everything together in sauce pan and heat on low until thick, but pourable.
