Goat cheese with Herbs de Provence Spread
Ingredients
10 oz fresh soft goat cheese (I used chevre)
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp shallot, diced fine
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup Herbs de Provence
Directions
1. Mix goat cheese with heavy cream until completely smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until uniform.
3. Store in fridge until ready to use.
