Tindora Pickle (Athanu or achar)
Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp spicy Indian pickle mix (also called achar masala)
1/4 tsp salt
~25 tindora, cut into thin slices
Directions
1. Mix everything together in a bowl. Fill in glass bottle and store in fridge until ready to eat.
