Mango-Ginger Brie Crackers

This was a warm spin on cheese and crackers that I made as an appetizer when my family came over.  It's nice because you can make as many as you need and it doesn't take long if you need a second batch!

Ingredients

1 box round water crackers

1 log of round brie (I use the President brie log)

Mango ginger jam/chutney (I use Trader Joe's mango-ginger chutney)

walnut pieces

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 300 F.

2.  Cut the brie log into roughly 1/4 inch slices.  Make a small slit on one side (see picture above).

3.  Spread out the crackers on a cookie sheet.  Place a slice of brie on each.  Spread a thin layer of chutney on top.  Place a walnut piece in the middle.

4.  Bake for 3-5 minutes just to warm- crackers should NOT get dark.
