Graham Cracker Crust

Basic graham cracker crust for all kinds of desserts.  You can save a little bit to put on top if you want.  =)  For a quick dessert, you can fill it with instant pudding and fresh fruit (I'm a fan of using whatever is in the house...)

Ingredients

1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine (or butter)

1/8 cup sugar

1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Press everything tightly into a 8"x8" or 9"x9" pan.

3.  Bake for 8 mins.  Cool before using.
