Cauliflower Mash
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower, cut into big florets
1.5 oz parmesan cheese, grated or cut into big chunks
1 clove garlic, cut into big pieces
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Boil the cauliflower for 6 mins. Drain well.
2. Blend the cauliflower, Parmesan, garlic, and milk.
3. Transfer into serving dish and mix in butter. Season with salt and pepper- to your taste.
