Ingredients / Materials

Marinated mozzarella balls, medium size (~1 inch diameter) 

Green olives with red pimento inside (1 olive will work for 3 mozzarella balls if you cut carefully)

Mini cupcake wrappers

Directions

1.  Drain the marinated mozzarella well.  Then place one mozzarella ball in each mini cupcake wrapper.

2.  Drain the olives well.  Slice them into thirds and place them carefully on top of the mozzarella balls. Place one mozzarella “eyeball” per mini cupcake wrapper.
