Tamarillo Salsa

Ingredients

1 package frozen tamarillo pulp, thawed (see picture on right)

1 large tomato, chopped fine

1 small onion, chopped fine

1/2 cup coriander, chopped fine

1 tbsp salt (or to taste)

1/2 tbsp pepper

1 bell pepper (I used yellow to make it colorful, but you can use anything)

Directions

1.  Mix everything together in a large bowl.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
