Ingredients

1 cup chopped strawberries

1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar (good quality)

1.5 tbsp olive oil (good quality)

1/8 tsp Dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.  Blend everything together.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
