Ingredients

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp lime juice

2 jalapenos, seeds removed

1 garlic clove

1 tsp honey dijon mustard

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

2 inch ginger, grated

1 tsp white vinegar

1 cup cilantro

Directions

1.  In a small blender container, blend all of the ingredients together.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
